Our Brand Support Initiative is essentially a sub-contracted field support workforce, specifically within the fitness industry. This type of work makes up a significant proportion of our overall workload and we have become quite specialised at this method of working. We have an experienced and well established engineer network that can provide field support across a large part of the UK, with the infrastructure in place to expand if required. Our team are dedicated to representing and promoting your brand in a professional and appropriate manner.
To aid communications and seamless data transfer, we use a paperless online system, This enables us to manage the the customer communications from point of handover, capture accurate live job data such and parts used/ work completed and enable access so everyone involved can have complete transparency into whats happening at each stage.
